It’s a sad affair that most Kenyan colleges and universities do not adequately prepare graduates for life out side campus/college. Many Kenyans do not know how to market themselves and how to conduct themselves in the job market. Many are not aware of the alternatives to job seeking apart from the local dailies. As we seek to link Kenyan job seekers with relevant companies our goal is to train job seekers and candidates such that they can also be on the look out for opportunities. And one can only identify opportunities and exploit them if there are well trained. Majority of those who have passed through our hands have applied for Kenyan jobs no matter where advertised and gotten the opportunity.
